DENGUE TALK, KILLING MOSQUITO LARVAE DEMONSTRATION AND DENGUE EXHIBITION

Objective : To improve knowledge about dengue fever among students

Participants : Form 1, 2 and 3 students and Jerantut Health Office

The talk was organized with collaboration with Jerantut Health Officer; En Hafizudin bin Aminudin who manage to come to SMK Jerantut with his 9 team members.

 This talk focus on general knowledge about dengue causes, its symptom, dengue fever treatment and dengue fever prevention. The talk that started 9.00 am was ended at 10.30 am and followed by the demostration how to kill mosquito larvae. 

Lastly, students visited the exhibition of the life cycle , the symtoms of dengue fever and the methods to prevent dengue. Students were also given briefing and explaination by few Jerantut Health officers.
